Google Suddenly Makes Windows Safer For 1 Million Users

Google has just taken both technical and legal action to help protect more than a million Windows devices from cyber-attack.

Microsoft itself has a decent enough track record when it comes to disrupting cybercrime operations to protect Windows users, but what if I were to tell you that Google has just stepped up and done the same? This week, a multi-pronged attack from Google’s Threat Analysis Group (TAG) and general counsel has suddenly made Windows devices safer for more than a million users.
