Windows 10 Users Warned As Hackers Target Newly Updated Computers

The infamous TrickBot malware campaign threat now puts users of newly updated Windows 10 systems firmly in the attack crosshairs

Like most everyone connected with the cybersecurity industry, I always advise people to apply updates to their operating systems as soon as possible to reduce the time that attackers have to jump through the threat windows opened by unpatched vulnerabilities. New research suggests, however, that this doesn’t always help as much as you might think.
