Pensions are pretty boring to most people, but certainly not to cybercriminals. Here’s how providers should build security into pensions

In 2021, organisations of every ilk are faced with an ever-evolving cyber threatscape and pension schemes don’t get a pass. It’s surely only a matter of time before we start reading about a noteworthy uptick in the number of major incidents involving the pensions sector. Unless, that is, cybersecurity measures are better built into the foundations of the pension provider business to make meaningful reductions to risk.
