Research reveals Brits love to spy on their children, babysitters, cleaners and partners using doorbells, thermostats and other smart devices
While the research found that nearly six million people in the UK were using smart devices to play Big Brother as it were, it also found that two million of them were doing so without informing the people being monitored. The worrying thing here is that the number of people tracking without prior consent could increase dramatically as the researchers suggest that up to 12 million people who currently don’t track others with smart devices would consider doing so in the future.
